**Job Functions**
Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing and business development strategy for an innovative ESG platform specializing in the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions (GHG) and the assessment of social and governance performance.
- Design and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Ads to generate leads and increase brand awareness in the Quebec, Canadian, and American markets.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data to optimize strategies and maximize return on investment.
- Work closely with the sales team to refine prospecting and client engagement approaches, ensuring alignment with the ESG values of the platform.
- Develop bilingual marketing content (French and English) suitable for various channels and audiences, highlighting the unique benefits of the ESG platform.
- Continuously monitor competitors and technological trends to adapt marketing strategies to the evolving ESG market.
- Regularly present performance reports to management, providing precise insights and strategic recommendations.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, with significant experience in digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in the use of Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken, to effectively address the Quebec, Canadian, and American markets.
- Strong understanding of ESG issues and a keen interest in sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.
